Please Sponsor an Unadoptable Cat or Adopt one of the few friendly cats who are elderly but healthy...

We have a Sponsor-a-Cat program which we believe  ould help us raise much needed funds to pay the considerable costs of caring for our over 100 cats.

This sponsorship program has two components: support from people who have given us cats; and from those who haven't but who appreciate our unique work on behalf of feral and unwanted cats.

First, to those of you from whom we have taken a cat or cats: please realize that we simply cannot afford to care for those cats without your financial support.  We were there when you needed us, in most cases had nowhere else to turn, and without us the cat(s) would have been euthanized or allowed to live a rough life outdoors without being a cared-for, managed colony--- so the least you can do is help us pay for their care. A very small monthly sponsorship donation of $30 a cat will cover the costs of caring for one cat per month.

As for those of you who haven't given us cats, but who love cats and support our efforts, we hope you will consider "Sponsoring" one of our many cats as if you were adopting it yourself...but without having to actually take the cat into your home.  For example, many people had pets in the past but no longer have them for any number of reasons: you are getting older and do not want to be in a position where your pets might outlive you; you have moved into housing where pets are not allowed; you are a student in college and cannot have a pet where you live and are too busy to take on that responsibility; your work schedule is too busy to have a pet waiting for you at home; your lifestyle has changed and having a pet is not a good fit; or you or someone else in your household is allergic to animals. But you do love animals and cats in particular. So...you could pick out one of our cats who appeals to you and help financially support his or her care.  By sponsoring one of our cats, you can do something truly meaningful that will make you feel good, help us, and most of all, help the individual cat you choose!  You can come and visit your cat, or if you live too far away to do that, we can send you updates and photos from time to time. So please look over the cats we are featuring. You can make your sponsorship donations in small amounts monthly, or if you find it more convenient, in quarterly, bi-annual, or one lump sum annual donations. See our DONATE link at this website for information on how to help.

Thanks to each and every one of you who has been supporting us, and we will continue to work hard to honor your trust in us.
